Many of us get so absorbed in the day to day running of our business, that we're spending all of our time in being reactive and working on short term goals and actions, instead of long-term success.  And so it's vital to put some time aside to stand back and look at it all with fresh eyes, and get 'back to basics'.

This workshop, led by Gary Evans from Hawk Associates, gives you the chance to spend a day pro-actively working ON your business, rather than IN it; stepping out of the day to day and looking at your business from a 'big picture' perspective.

Come along and by working through the essential elements of a Business Plan, be reminded and guided about those things that you need to do to run a successful and profitable business - helping you to grow it, rather than just maintain it.

Feedback from Novembers' Business Planning Workshop:

  • All those who attended November’s Business Planning workshop rated it ‘Excellent’ in terms of content and trainer
  • All rated it 5 out of 5 in terms of how beneficial it was for their business, and
  • All would recommend others to attend the workshop.

"The event really brought me back to basics to think about all of the things that we do on a daily basis, but how to improve them"

"It gave me lots of new ideas for including in our business plan."

"Very clear and hard hitting guidance on evaluating the effectiveness of my tourism business and on planning for the future; how to write and develop a business plan for your my use as well as funding purposes"

Is it for you?  Yes...

..If you're involved in a new business - whether already started or not yet off the ground.
..If you're running an established buisiness - to more closely examine what you're doing, to see gaps in your thinking and to understand what you may need to know to develop further.

The primary aim is for new and established businesses to have a clear view of what they want to achieve and a plan for making it happen.

At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to create or update their business plan and most importantly, have a clear vision of their goals for themselves and their business as well as a plan for delivery.
