Session 1: Preparation for sending high impact message

Welcome and introductions

Understanding the workshop aims and objectives

Icebreaker – what is the success criteria for a high impact message?

Do you know who your target audience is and what communication channel they tune into?

Do you know what your target audience want to hear and why they won’t tune in?

Do you know what message you want to embed for example:

Who are you - business description?

Unique selling proposition?

Your brand promise?

Session 2: High Impact Messages

Creating copy in advance – written exercise

Designing the essential 15 word sales pitch – written exercise

Creating a call to action

Session 3: The receiver

Ensuring we are in tune with what our customers want to hear - research

Homework - Customer Profiling

Conclusions and action planning for future development
